“ We stayed at the Richmond Pamukkale Thermal during our tour of Turkiye. The hotel was excellent in that we had an amazing view and access to the thermal pools after dark. We also made evening appointments at the spa for scrubs and massages. The staff was so kind. The buffet dinner spread was really amazing and the breakfast buffet was pared down but still nice. No omelet station here but we found a variety of things to eat and try before we left for our hot air balloon excursion. Our bedroom had adequate space and our bed was sort of a triple. While we did not spend too much time in the room (we arrived in the afternoon and left by 9 am next day), it was clean and comfortable. The window opened which was nice. We were on the first floor and the place is a bit of maze but manageable. They have entertainment on the 2nd floor lobby area where there was a belly dancer and sort of a club atmosphere after dinner. We spent most of the time in the thermal pool which was so nice after lengthy travel days on a bus. I totally recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area. 5 stars. ”
